About us
Iole and Paolo Romano manage Biovey Restaurant since 1992, in the beginning like a premise of passage for skiers at the slope of the skiing discrit of Jafferau.
The attention for cookery and reception, it develops year by year with many recognitions also on the principal gastronomic guide-books, now in the new residence in the centre of Bardonecchia, opened in the month of December 2000, with annexe Villa Myosotis Hotel, that made possible the addition of eight comfortable and distinctive rooms.
