The Biovey Restaurant, open in 1992, purpose a mountain cooking, in pursuit of the ingredients, that better characterize the Bardonecchia valley, where we are born, we live and we work.
With our cooking philosophy, we want create courses that better satisfied, in a nice mountain scenery.
All types of bread an pasta are made by home, using biologic meal.
